ACCOMMODATION

You will stay self-contained in a simple mudbrick farmhouse in a farm yard, with 5 large bedrooms, kitchen lounge with open fire, Pea hen, one of the property's animalsopening onto decked area across to a mudbrick sunroom/garden room... all restfully set (far from the road, right on the Rail Trail) in invigorating gardens, trees, pond and wildlife.

Kevin and Ross live in a "new" house with vegetable garden, glasshouse, a milking shed, chook houses and produce fantastic home-produce dinners for you by pre-ordering. These dinners
should be ordered before you arrive.

The property's animals will demonstrate they too live here!

Tariff until August 2012 : B&B $70pp, children (2-11years) $30pp,
Dinner (2 courses) $50pp.

Well equipped kitchenA spaceous tiled shower area in bathroom with underfloor heating and plenty of hot water. A piano, an open fire and a garden room.

An equipped kitchen, gas stove, electric wok, microwave and fridge, making self-catering possible.

Several resting/lounging areas, indoor and out. TV and landline phone. Machine washing, by
arrangement.
